Stephanie graduated with a BBA in Accounting (only a couple of classes away from a finance degree as well) and worked as a tax specialist in international CPA firms for years before leaving public accounting to pursue her real estate sales career. Stephanie worked with Re/Max in the Washington DC/Northern Virginia market before relocating to her native Florida. Stephanie started with Keller Williams after her return to Jacksonville. Stephanie also served as a "Team Leader" with Keller Williams, managing a local real estate office. After being at Keller Williams Realty for a few years, Stephanie recently returned to Re/Max in 2011 because she felt that the affiliation with such an outstanding real estate company could help her best serve her buyers and sellers.
Stephanie loves implementing the latest technology to service her customers and clients.
Stephanie and Jay have five children ranging from a year to 18 years old. When she's not working she loves spending time with her kids (Taylor, Brooke, Grace, Bella and Emmie) and taking them on fun vacations, including tons of Disney trips.
Leah has been working with the Lim Team for a few years, but officially joined our team at the end of 2009. Leah is a Jacksonville native and has extensive real estate experience. She grew up around real estate, having a mother who was a real estate broker actively selling real estate.
Leah has over a decade of real estate experience. Leah serves our buyers and sellers with a high level of knowledge and enthusiasm and is waiting to serve you.
Leah is married to Tim and they have two awesome kids.
