Fairfield is a larger gated community of approximately 450 homes that lies on the western side of A1A just south of the A1A and CR210 intersection.
The community has lakes, a pool, clubhouse, playground and boat/RV parking for its residents.
The Fairfield community is broken up into thirteen sub-associations. Azalea Point is part of Fairfield although it appears to be a distinct subdivision.
