Sawmill Lakes is a larger community in Ponte Vedra Beach off of CR 210 on the eastern side of the Intracoastal Waterway. Sawmill Lakes consists of newer homes in a big variety of sizes. Homes range from around 1,500 square feet to over 3,500 square feet and come in both two-story and single story.
